Next power on, hit F8 key to bypass to SAFE MODE. once there right click desktop, select SCREEN SAVER then MONITOR POWER then POWER then HIBERNATION then un-check ENABLE HIBERNATION then OK out and restart normal.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Cpu is on but keyboard and screen not activated

Sounds like the unit is in hibernation. Either try pressing Ctrl - Alt - Del all at the same time or press and hold the power switch until the unit switches off then power it back on.

Can not get laptop to enter bios

On many of the MPC laptops, the bios can be brought up at boot by pressing the F2 key. Generally, while booting, the screen will show you the button to push. Here are some more of the most used key combinations you can also try. On our mpc support site, there is no manual available yet for this model. Also, mpc laptops have the capability to lock out the bios at users request so many used models obtained cannot be changed. We'll have a new support site for mpc up this summer. Details at mpcsupport@cox.net
Most of the time during boot-up the key (combination) will be shown. If it is not, then you could try the following key combinations:
  • Del
  • F1
  • F2
  • F10
  • Ins
  • Esc
  • Ctrl+Alt+Esc
  • Ctrl+Alt+Enter
  • Ctrl+Alt+Ins after Ctrl+Alt+Del
  • Ctrl+Ins
  • Ctrl+Alt+S
  • Ctrl+S
  • Ctrl+Shift+Esc
  • Shift+Ctrl+Alt + Num Pad Del
  • Ctrl+Esc
  • Ctrl+Alt and +
