Question about Toshiba Satellite A75-S211 Notebook
Hi. Inspite of the wireless being switched on, the wireless icon doesnt appear either in the network connections or in the system tray. Can any please help me in finding out what the problem is?
First open your device manager to make sure the hardware and the drivers are functioning properly. control panel add printes or other hardware, then system will be in the upper left side menu. then click on hardware, and then device manager. if it's working you'll see it under network devices but if not you'll see a yellow question mark that says ethernet controller. click it then click 8uninstall then the found new hardware wizard should start up for you to just reinstall the hardware.
hope this helps. keep me posted.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
