Spray arms do not rotate with only a little water pressure

I have this similar prblem on my bosch. How do I fix it? I did not understand the actual fix. Can someone explain a little more? Step by step would be great for an amatuer.

You can buy a repair kit for your spray arms from an appliance parts store
