sorry mate no cheats will work on that game since it was pulled apart and they have taken away all the extra features to make it smaller and easier to transfer over the net.
If the Console is NTSC then it is not compatible with the broadcast standard for SA, and only NTSC games will work in it.
All games in SA should be of a PAL I Standard, so they will not work in an NTSC Console.
