Washer on stackable unit won't start after it initially started..

Make sure you have power to the outlet, I have seen where a 110 outlet was working on either the top half and not the bottom

Contact the mfg for a hidden reset code protocol if any.

There is no 'converter'. The dryer takes 240 Volts AC and the washer is 120 volts AC

Try to move the drum manually. if unable to run your hand along the front of drum where it meets the front panel....there are two pieces of felt. something has either gotten stuck there or something has gotten stuck in the blower housing.

Change the motor capacitor

• check your breaker, one side of the 220v circuit breaker may have tripped causing only one of the units to work.
•  turn your breaker off then back on.
  

Yes, you can use any safety 4-prong as long as it is a dryer cord rated at 220V.

the washer works off the 220v cord on the back you have other issues with the washer sorry
