I bought a HTC S620 Dash but didn't come with any cd and now my PC can't recognize the phone via USB. Does anybody now where I can get or buy the installation driver?
Go to your service providers website, if they dont have it try htc website. DONT PAY FOR IT. the drivers are all free. Where did you get the usb cord? most of the time they will have instructions on that package as well

Connect your wildfire via a usb to your laptop. Then choose either from the pop up or the drop down notification bar to connect and share files via usb. Your pc would recognize your smartphone as a flash driver and you can transfer pictures normaly.
If i m not wrong, ur phone's OS is Windows mobile 6.5 and if u have downloaded latest version of Microsoft Active Sync then ur phone should be recognized as soon as u connect it.
Try to uninstall/update the Activesync first. then connect ur phone via USB cable (make sure the phone powered off).
after cable is connected , turn the phone on and see if it gets recognized.
Restart the phone and then try again, See if it charges when you plug in the cable. Make sure it shows some charging symbol on the phone.
