my compaq iPAQ refuses to turn on, despite repeated battery replacements and the works. It doesnt even show up a blank screen.

Morepver, i'm in India where HP refuses to upgrade the firmware (if that is the issue)

Help.....

i couldnt get music todownload to it. iwas told it could be because.my computer has vista. so itried another computer. that didnt work. an now it wont turn on at all.
