As a matter of fact youcant change the Snooz time it's fixed at 10 Minutes. Only thing you have to do is press OK and Choose no to Activate Snooz and it will Bug you after 10 minutes.

As fas as your Query is concerned the Snooze time for Sony-E phones can't be changed, you have to bare the default 9min Snooze.
9 minutes seems to be a strange choice, but it is, what it is. Regards,Waqar.
The most possible damage by dropping a cell phone on a hard surface would be power ic, That will make the phone unable to power on, More battery usage, auto switch off etc...
Providing an unlock code for a phone which is locked for a sp is not so easy. Still you can try it by taking the phone to local technicians for Flashing and changing the Eeprom settings.
