This unit is about 1.5 yrs. old + in home limited use. Epson Tech Support says, Take in to a service agent.
I have owned my all-in-one for a year and a half and have gone
through a considerable amount of ink cartridges in this time. I am a
business student and I tend to rely on my all-in-one.
I recently
have purchased a new black ink cartridge and when I replaced it with
the old one, all my info screen came up with was and error screen and
told me to replace the ink cartridge again and then press 'ok'. It
doesnt matter how many times i do this or not it still comes up with an
error and none of the buttons change the screen I am on.
Please contact me and help me with this problem. I am confident I have the proper cartridge.
