- Same problem here... opened it up , and looks like the electric magnet in the door lock assembly is busted... rest works (E41 or DR).Not sure where I can only get that part... since the entire door lock assembly is like 70$. - Guest

We are trying to wash a load and the door won't lock or turn off! We've just tried pushing cancel and drain and spin, but nothing's working. Help.
