Asus very slow zenbook

There are lots of little things that slow down a computer, mostly it is programs that are running, but day to day clutter can slow your computer down too. A good thing to try is to download a good program like Ccleaner or Reginout. I personally Use Reginout because i don't believe on free products. It will analyze your computer, and clean up all that it can safely clean, inducing your registry.
It works well, and is 100% reliable.

Usually motherboard either works or doesn't work. It won't make computer runs slow. Your computer runs slow mostly because of low memory, low diskspace available, driver issue, virus, or spyware. If you surf the web a lot, chance is your computer got spyware or malware. Install a free malware program and use it to clean up your laptop first to see if the problem is improving.

Computers cooling fan keeps speeding up and slowing down is that a good thing or not

Yes that is a good thing that you can hear the fan going as its cooling the system down.

If you have noticed that its louder than normal then you may have to clean the fan blades of dust. It should be a little quieter after that.
