Problem for Kyocera Copystar CS-1820 Black and White Copier

I have a KM4050i and am getting 1102 and 2101 errors

The scan to file is terrible, I have a share on each workstation "\scanner" and each user selectes their workstation to scan to. and I seem to get the 1102 error or a 2101 error. I know that 1102 is a "connection" issue but I have not been able to figure out why its happening.
