This is an issue that you've got to discuss with your carrier. I've got occasional probs on the same phone. Find out if there is a software update. It may fix it. Also, if you are in an outlying area, these messages are often delayed. I wish I could get mine to do better too. Also, if you are carrying your phone in a pocket, you may get worse reception than when it is in a carrier bag, holster or the like.

When I receive a voicemail, it doesn't show me the message as a text. What do I need to do?

I'm afraid that the heart of the matter is actually in your question. A voicemail is exactly what it says it is, a voiced message for you not a text message. It is extremely unlikely that you will see a text message when you receive voicemail.

How do i delete my masseges

Are you asking about voicemail messages or text messages? Most phones allow you to erase voicemail by pressing the number 7 during or after the message. If you have a touch screen phone and want to erase text messages, try touching and holding your finger on the message for a few seconds...a delete button may pop up. 25254526-ipxh3zptubm5u5d1ogqxpt0r-2-0.png

Is it when someone leaves you a voicemail?
You may have a message notification coming from your carrier. If you dont wish to be notified of a new message contact them to turn it off.
You may also want to check settings in you phone. You may have a preference set up to notify you of missed calls. If you cant find a setting you can try a master reset.
