format ur phone memory and memory card too. if still the problem persists then try upgrading ur phone software

Good day, try to check your phone memory, its the first thing you should do if your phone is in full memory status. The reason is, you have huge files was saved in your phone memory, remember never use the phone memory to save or install a software. Instead use the extra memory or memory card attach to your phone, erase some unused files or any data that hidden or your phone memory, or transfer it to your memory card to avoid the this sort of problem. text messages in sent item or in mms inbox. Unfortunately this phone doesn't even have a memory card slot. Therefore you cannot extend the 10 MB internal dynamic memory.

If your memory is ful, then you have to delete any data that you consider less useful. Also delete some of the messages you no longer need. Hope this was helpful?

Either add additional memory through minisd card or delete music, texts, games, pictures, etc... Failing that take it to providers store and see if it is manufacturing issues.

it says memory full because
it only store files recieved by bluetooth into the phones memory
it doesnt recieve it and stores it in to the micro sd card

Try this. Go to settings – default configuration and delete all settings. Then contact your service provider for new settings and just save them like normal. It would appear that one can only have one set of service provider settings saved. Worked for me. . . . .
