Labelwriter 330 looses power

I relocated this printer 6 months ago and it failed to power up. I took the covers off and probed around and found nothing obviously wrong, so reassembled and viola! it came on.

This week it got bumped and fell approx 8 inches off a wall shelf onto the desk and now it won't power up again. This time I took a meter and checked the power switch and all is well. It's hard to follow the tracings on the circuit board, but I did notice continuity across a component labeled V1 (varistor?). Could this be a problem?

Mice have inhabited our barbecue grill.

Put our some rodenticide and get rid of them before they over populate and get inside of your home. Mice do NOT do well when relocated to other areas. Get rid of them and sanitize the grill with disinfectant or bleach.

My Rival Crock Pot seems to cook a lot faster than it should. When the receipe calls for it to be on low, I put it in low but it seems to cook the food too quickly. What am I doing wrong?

Probably, nothing. About 6 years ago the standards on these were changed, to increase low to 200 degrees instead of 180, high to 300. Things that took 6 hours can now take 4. If you are using older recipes, or recipes perfected in older pots, they will always overcook. You can check this by putting water in, covering, and checking with an instant read thermometer after 1 hour. If it is 200, there is nothing wrong with you or the pot.

No "fault" lights? If not it HAS to be a connection...whether they look bad or not, Redo them, ground FIRST.

Dell m992 crt monitor

If it's getting no signal, make sure the monitor is set for the correct input. This would be either analog (if your cord has blue ends) or digital (if the connectors are white). Depending on wt yhat your monitor is, a button on the monitor will help you set that. If it's set for the correct input signal, then switch out a different cable to see if perchance you have a bad cable out of the box. If there is another PC or laptop setting around, plug your monitor into that to make sure it's good and maybe even plug THAT monitor into yours to make sure there is nothing wrong with your video card. Let me know what transpires. If this takes care of things, please help me out by rating it accordingly.

You probably have a bad motor bearing. I don't know if the motor is available now or, these older Fantom's are obsolete along with most of their parts.

There may be some missing voltages from the power supply or a circuit pulling it down. Needs to go to a shop that knows how to fix older equipment.

The probe is located on under the main board low inside the only silver metallic box on the bottom w circuit board under it.Remove cover and immediatly you see a 4 inch black wire connected to the main board tucked under and mounted.Unplug the white connector from board, power on, then carefully plug the white connector back on, turn unit off and back on, you should see all 3 mode lights now on steady , no pf error and it doesnt turn off,and you can change modes and temps.Took an hour to take it part and dig around, mine works fookin great now.
