Zebra S600 Printing

By green_eyes_8 on Aug 24, 2009

Hi,

We have a Zebra S600 Label Printer. When printing labels it feeds the labels back in slightly when complete, so when people come to rip off there labels, the top of it is missing, so there having to feed another label to rip it where its suppose to. Ive tried restoring factory settings, tried cleaning the sensor, made sure everything is where its suppose to be. I'm a bit lost now .. is there something I'm missing, maybe a setting on the printer somewhere?

There is a fairly simple solution for this problem. Press the CALIBRATE MODE button two times. Adjust the label position with the UP and DOWN arrows until the perforations line up with the metal plate used to cut the labels when you pull them down. Be sure to press the CALIBRATE MODE button two more times to save the calibration. It should be as easy as that.

You have to program the tearoff.
See the manual or use a windows driver to end the value to your printer
