Question about Nintendo DS Lite Console
I just received a replacement screen for my daughter's DS Lite and I have no idea how to remove the old screen. Does anyone know how to replace the top screen of the DS Lite?!?
There is a video tutorial at http://www.maxconsole.net/?mode=news&newsid=11484
which tells you how to disassemble the ds lite

There's a ribbon connector where the ribbon cable for the touch screen is, either you have to push back the two latches or pry up the clip. Then take out the ribbon cable. Place the ribbon cable of the touch screen back in, and secure the ribbon cable. Then put the console back together.

Go to youtube and type in 'fix ds lite screen', or similar. there are videos on there that show you how to replace screens. tri wings arent easily available but if you look for one of those single screw driver sets that have changeable heads there are usually tri wings heads included. hope this helps
