Double-check that the unit is getting adequate power to it (at least 10.6 V DC.

Otherwise, Raymarine is probably going to need to look at this one as the CPU in it may be defective.

Computer monitor cycles on and off when the computer boots up but seems to have constant power when just turned on

The boot process goes through various display modes. Each time it switches, the monitor has to set itself for that mode. This causes the monitor to flicker while it's adjusting. Perfectly normal operation.

Raymarine a50d continuously resetting itself?

If there's a memory card installed for maps, try starting up the unit with it removed. It's possible that the card might be corrupted and stalling the start-up sequence.

Beeps continuously

This is almost ALWAYS caused by a poor power connection. Check, lubricate and clean/inspect your power cables. I have seen poor solder connections or corrosion prevent the ST 2000+ from getting the horsepower it needs to operate properly.

Hope this helps.

Presario f700 has a black screen and powers up then shuts down. A continuous cycle.

Sounds like it could be a couple of things, but what I would suggest you do first is when you power on your device, insert the Windows CD that came with your Laptop and boot from the CD as opposed to the HDD.

Once the drivers are loaded, it will give you several option on how to restore, fix or if necessary, reinstall the operating system from scratch.

It sounds like you BIOS info could have been corrupted and that could be why it goes through this start up cycle constantly. By bypassing the HDD, which could also be corrupt and booting from the Installation CD I mentioned above, this will allow you to gain access at least and have the options listed above in order to get you laptop up and running again.

If you require further assistance, please contact me.

When I turn it on it keeps flashing a white screen..

You may have a processor problem, but with the unit off press and hold the button next to the power button. Turn the unit on while continuing to press the softkey. This will perform a master reset. If this doesn't work, the processor has failed and the unit will need to be sent to Raymarine for a new processor.

My Raymarine C80 CHart plotter won't load.

Check to see if this is a power issue by connecting to shore power and fully charging your batteries overnight with instruments off. While still connected to shore power, with batteries fully charged, turn on C80 navigation system. If the loading screen comes on and does not reset, then try holding down the button immediately to the right of the red power button for at least 3 seconds to see if the system re-boots.

Recalibrate battery then it reboots and message reads f1 to continue and goes through the same cycle never boots up

Remove the battery, run the system on AC alone and see if anything changes. You can also try booting to the BIOS and resetting default settings.
If system boots normal with battery removed, then replace the battery.

I have a Raymarine L755 chart plotter that is continuously rebooting. It shows the initial screen and holds it for about 5 seconds and then beeps, reboots and the cycle starts over.

Make absolutely sure that all of the buttons are clear (not stuck). After that, begin by unplugging any external interfaces (including the chart card) one by one to determine if one of those is the culprit.

You might try downloading the latest C-Series update from Raymarine's site. It is version 4.26. You can get it on ther site here:

http://raymarine.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/raymarine.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1037

Even if it is identical to the software in there now, the act of actually reflashing the software may get you up and running.
