Question about Konica Minolta Di1610 Copier
I am a user of minolta di1610 as a copier. i
broke it buy pressing keys/buttons over and over. i think i pressed
"paper" and "yes" button too fast and too many times.
it resulted to a "machine trouble" message on the screen. this message is followed by "contact service C01510". :( and in the manual, it only says what the error is and not how to fix it:
“MACHINE TROUBLE” Error
This error indicates a serious operational problem. The copier is unable to
receive any data while this error message is on the display.
is there a way for me to fix this? can you please help me? thank you very much!
Are you sure thats the right trouble code? reboot machine holding down the STOP button. this may reset this error

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
