The biggest problem you are going to have is with the sound. The IDT 92HD202 has been discontinued. You can try downloading driver from Mercury however, you may want to consider an upgrade to a sound card or graphics card. The Radeon HD cards will give you graphics and sound using ATI's DVI to HDMI adaptor:

Intel Motherboard are drivers are free and available in the following location (please click on the link below) and choose your windows version and download the required drivers. Ensure you also copy them in to a CD / DVD and keep it safe for immediate use and later you can also update it from the intel website.

you can download it from the below link. you need to select the operating system and then click on drivers. now you can see the list of availabe drivers and you can download it.
