hi Damien, first check the fuses, in particular located near the batteries, a charger will show fully charged if it can't see the battery voltage , very misleading .
so hopefully you find a tripped fuse or a blown fuse.
check the wiring from the joystick to the controller etc,
Your chair voltage REGULATOR may also be going bad which appears to be WITHIN the "Main Brain" of your chair?
"TECO FM-50"
From the above schematic ~ there is a "Potentiometer" shown (lower left) that MAY be 'dirty' and needs a tiny squirt of "QUALITY" contact cleaner WITH SILICONE to help keep the internals clean... looks something like this (a Google Search):
I would also spray ALL of your control switches too including the inside of your joystick controls! Just a REAL QUICK squirt should do it... if it drips, you've used too much.
If you have the camera on continuous then it may be that the charging is not keeping up with the shutter. Check the recycle time on the flash and compare with the burst speed on the camera. The burst speed on the 5D is fairly rapid.
try these trouble shooting. 1. check your battery if it's charging well 2. check your charger if it's giving the right capacity to work with the battery. sometimes it says fully charge but sometimes it was not really charge. 3. plug the usb cable to your computer where your NPS is installed and check if will goes on and off while being charged by the computer.
if somehow all of the above gives you the same issue, then, ask the help from samsung service centers nearest in you.
