Best Server Specification !!!!!!

Dear's,
I m having my own local Area network in which 20 computer's are connected on Lan.I m providing DSL services to all my connected user through lan,currently i m providing them directly from router or switches now i want to provide them through server ,Please suggest me what serer machine is best and economical and please tell me the server specification....Thanks in advance....

- Dear if you guide in detail that whats are the specification for a good server machine etc how much Hard disk Ram Processor with mother board with name of brand as its hard to fine with exact above mentioned machines thanks
