I HAVE A SONY TRINITRON KV-36HS510. IM HAVING A PROBLEM,ITS NOT SHOWING A PIC, AND BLINKING 7 TIMES THEN PAUSE FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS THEN IT WILL BLINK 7 MORE TIMES,I CAN HEAR AUDIO BUT CANNOT SEE PIC. There is a problem with one or two of the diodes on the G board.
Zero Crossing Detector 9 times 9:0 or 9:1
Probable cause • D6116 or D6301 is open (G Board)
symptom • No picture

I was inform that it could be a sensor (bad diode), you have to get a multimeter tester and test the diodes and if current flows from both sides then replace that diode.

Your tv have a G board problem p/n A-1065-549-A( A1065549A).
It local on the leftside of the tv looking from the back,the one has
AC cord attach to it.Sony no longer have it.PTS Electronic rebuild
for $192.00, Ebay Valleysercices rebuild for $69.00

Can you verify that its 9 blinks? There is no error code in that set for 9. also please verify that its a kdsr50xbr1

does the power indicator light up? Does it blink 3 times then go off/ let me know and I may be able to help you that model is famous for bad flybacks
