Every time i try tyo use a specific setting it changes

every time i try to use a specific setting the camera changes to a different setting AND it won't stay on any one particular setting. it moves by itself. what can i do?

Hi!
Please remove the Battery from the Camera then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Next, reinsert the battery pack and turn ON the Camera.
You may also try resetting the Camera to the original factory settings by follow the steps given below:
Press Home button on the Camera to display home screen.
Select Settings with left/right arrow on the control button.
Next, select the Main Settings 1 then Initialize and OK.
Performing the above steps will reset the Camera to the original factory settings.
If the issue persists even after performing all the above steps then service will be required.
