this shows that your tape needs to be cleaned we have vhs cleaner a liwuid type and dry type just play this and it will clean your tape head. the tape is stock up inside due to dirty tape head. does this answers your problem?

- you need to open the vhs casing then, remove carefully the tape which rolled over the tape head, yes you need to rotate manually and carefully the tape (unplug to prvent electrocution) and to prevent from the vhs tape from damaging
