I don't have the code for a Prima TV on the list for my RCA Universal Remote. I lost the original remote. Can you tell me the code? Thanks!

Universal remote codes for Prima TV are:
1019 0165 0116 0167
Just note these codes, and buy a universal remote control, which have these setup codes in its code list.
If your TV asks for a five digit code, buy one RCA RCR 311STN model remote control. Five digit codes for this remote control, with Prima tV are:
10761, 10783, 10815, 10817

You can view all the documentation (including code lists) here. Don't get your hopes up though, as according to the manual, there is no listing for a Konka TV. If you meant to say you need a code for a Konka DVD Player, you're in luck - it is 30711.

The listing I have shows these codes:
0047, 0054, 0060, 0039, 0051, 0154, 0016, 0030, 0056, 0451 for a Prima TV.
If your remote only requires three digits, drop the zero. Hope this helps you.

First of all, make sure you have good batteries in the original remote(I have seen brand new batteries be bad) and make sure that the connections are clean. Then make sure that the remote is in TV mode and see if it will work your TV. If there are no codes for your TV that came with the RCA remote, you will need one that does, or you will need to replace the original remote. I have seen a lot of times where universal remotes will not work combo units at all, no matter if there are codes listed or not.

The 4-digit RCA code is 1238 if using an older RCA universal remote, or just 238 for the newer 3-digit ones.

I own a One-for-All universal remote, and my booklet says the setup code for a Prima TV ( without a built-in DVD or VCR) is one of the following numbers: 0761, 0783, 0815, 0817. I can not guarantee these numbers will work with your remote, but it is worth a try.
I assume your DVD has been attached separately, and not built into the TV. In some cases, you might not need an additional setup code. Once the TV has been turned on, you simply push the DVD button on your remote, to activate the DVD. The instructions which came with your remote and your DVD should provide you with more details. If the instructions indicate that an additional DVD setup code is required, then please respond by telling me the brand name of your DVD.
