I dropped my nokia xpressMusic 5800 on the flor

Hi, first remove the battery and see what happens next. If the screen is still blank?, During the fall of the phone, the screen might have shifted and is not making the phone to display.

Loosen the phone and readjust it , it will come on again.

But if when readjusted still the same, that means due to the fall the screen will need to be replaced with another one.

Good luck.

it seems there is a problem with your display flex cable, sometimes it comes loose and the lcd goes blank. you can buy a new one or get it repaired from a licensed shop, the motorola.com site lists some vendors you can got there to find one in your zipcode
