Depending on the encryption you are using, I.E. WEP 64 Bit, you will be required to enter in 10 Hex Digits, digits can contain numbers and letters with no spaces. If the encryption is WEP 128 your going to need 26 Hex Digits. I use WPA2 myself using AES Algorithms and any Shared Key you want to make up. Hope this helps you out...

Enter the correct key. If u forgot the key reset the router.
