Actually, there a re a bunch of hits when you Google it.

Here's the answer I found straight from Pioneer:

If your car CD player is a 2006 model or newer:

  • With the ignition on and radio OFF,
  • Press and hold the MULTI-CONTROL button for 2 seconds
  • Rotate MULTI-CONTROL button until display reads CLOCK.
  • Push MULTI-CONTROL button up or down to adjust hour and minutes.
  • Press ESCAPE or SOURCE button to exit

If your car CD player is newer than 2000 but older than 2006:

  • With the ignition on and radio OFF, press and hold the FUNCTION button, until the display pops up, then release the button.
  • (If you do not have a function button, use the AUDIO button instead).
  • Press the FUNCTION button again until the clock shows on the display.
  • Press the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the hours.
  • Press the LEFT and RIGHT arrows to move to the minutes.
  • Press the UP and DOWN to adjust the minutes.
When you've completed all the steps, just press the SOURCE button to exit

If your car CD player is 1999 or older:

  • With the ignition on and radio OFF,
  • While holding down the CLOCK button, press the number preset button to set the hour.
  • While holding down the CLOCK button, press the number 2 preset button to set the minutes.
  • Pressing the respective buttons consecutively or continuously will advance the hour and minute.
For further assistance please consult your user manual.

Here are some other answers from around the web:

Hold down the source button till the unit switches off. Press thefunction button until it says clock. Use the tuner/volume controls tochange the time. Left/right switches between hour and minute. Up/downchanges the actual numbers. The website I'm including has all the old manuals on it if this doesnot work for you. Problem is, you may not know your model # so willhave to click through the links till you see a pic of one that lookslike yours. Hope this helps. I'm stoked that my clock is finally right!

turn the radio OFF with the car ON
then its easy to set the clock.
Most folks try to figure it out with the radio on
and it cant be done with the radio on,

Turn it off. Hold down "func" or "function" until something happens.
Then press the arrow keys still something else happens. When you're done, press "func" or "function" till nothing happens. Turn it on.

    How to Find Product Manuals

Pioneer Electronics allows registered users to download Product or Owner’s Manuals for free.

    1. Register with Pioneer Electronics.

    2. If you have already registered, login to Pioneer Electronics.

    3. Locate the product page of the manual you are trying to locate:

You can do this by entering the product model in the search box.

If the search results don’t show the model you are looking for, go to
the support section of the site. Using the left hand column, choose the
product category and type. Once you have narrowed down your results,
you should see a listing of current product models. For a listing of
older models, use the “View older models” button.

Once you have found the model, click the link to the product page.

    4. Once at the product page, you’ll find the Owner’s Manual listed
to the right of the product image or under the “documents” tab. Click
the link and a pdf version of the Owner’s Manual should load.

If you’re having difficulty, please contact a Pioneer Customer Service representative by calling (800) 421-140

To set the presets, tune the station in and then press and hold the desired number for the preset until the preset number stops flashing.

Ex: Tune in station 101.5. Press down preset button 1 until the 1 stops flashing.

By pressing the Source ("S" in top left) you can scroll through FM1, FM2, FM3 (there are 3 FM labels so that you can set 6 stations each for a total of 18 FM presets) and AM (only 1 which allows for 6 preset AM channels).

I set the clock with the radio on no problem. (I finally got this wired and working correctly today.)

I set it with the radio on... so I didn't have a problem there!

I pressed and held the Clock button ("CLK" in bottom right corner), then I pressed the Preset 1 button for the hour and the Preset 2 button for the minutes.

The buttons only go forward, so be careful as you advance, otherwise you have to rotate back to the correct time. :)

To set the clock hold down the clock button and use the preset botton 1 to set hour and preset 2 to set minutes. If you wasn teo set the stations get the station that you want on the radio and then hold down the preset button that you what that station to be. Wait for the preset number to quit flashing and then let off the button.
