Question about Creative Labs Zen Micro MP3 Player
Code 10 means the device is failing to connect properly on some level.
Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest drivers, Creative Zen and Jukebox Driver Upgrade version 1.30.03.
Failing that try a disk cleanup from rescue mode.
If that doesn't work you need to first determine if the player is
faulty. Can you install the drivers on say a friend's PC, connect, and
see if it works OK?
