I have a Philips Model #FWM575 home aud...

HI,
I have model FWM575 philips stereo and whenever I try to play a cd, it won't play. when I put it in the cd tray, I can hear it spinning, but the digital screen keeps flashing "reading disc", so then if you hit the play button one more time, it says " please wait" and then goes back to saying reading disc a second later. what's wrong, and what can be done fix this? By the way, I already tried using a cd player cleaning kit that has the liquid that u drop onto the special cd that has the little brushes on it to clean the internal mechanisms.
