I had At&t service and then i got it turned off so i got a tmobile chip and i put it in my phone and it asked for a network key. and then i put in 2 many attemps so now it says phone freeze sim unavailable please contact service provider and i dont know what 2 do because i cant find any unfreeze code so please help

Well your best bet is to contact your service provider the one whom originally provided service for your phone (AT&T).
They will have to help you unlock that phone as that model is not covered by the cell phone unlocking program that I would normally use to generate a code.
If its the new tmobile sim card that has been blocked you will need to contact Tmobile to help unlock it.
