For 4 years, I have been able to scan more than one page, now "all of a sudden," I cannot. A dialog box used to come up asking me if I wanted to scan more pages. After I scanned all my pages, another screen would come up wherein I could delete pages or change the orientation. No more. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and have updated drivers. Didn't help. Possible clue: Some on-line tech support people "fine-tuned" my computer recently. Could they have deleted a utility that the CX4200 was using? Or is there a setting for the CX4200 that I simply cannot find?

- I solved my issue. I didn't notice the file type had been changed to .jpg. The software allows additional pages with PDF scanning, so all I had to do was change the file type from .jpg to .pdf before starting the scan.

i am trying to print with my cx4200, it is out of black ink, my colors were all just replaced. is there some way to get it to print with color only, it has done that before, it asks if i would like the printer to combine colors to create black, but i cant seem to figure out how to ask it to do that. it will be a day or two before my black comes in.
