My sansa e260's navigation wheel lights up but the screen is blank. what do I do . It may be the battery is completely dead. Bob L.

Your battery is not dead because if it was, then navigation wheel would not be lighting up. Your screen is blank because when you touch the navigation wheel, you probably decrease the brightness of the screen. Turn the wheel counterclockwise, as this will brighten up the screen display. Press the center button when done. Reply back if this solution does not help.

My Sansa e260 has a white screen. It plays music, but i want to be able to see what im doing.

Your Screen is most likely broke because even if somehow accidentally the brightness on the screen setting was messed with it wouldn't make it white the only real solution is to buy a new one or learn to navigate the device without seeing

My Sansa E260 screen is too white

go to the settings of your MP3 player and check for contrast or Brightness. Lower either or both of these to get a dimmer screen(Brightness) or a less whited out screen(contrast)

Itouchs brightness is really low but the brightness level high

You tried setting the Brightness to maximum, but the screen remained dark? Could be a problem with the LEDs that light up the screen. Also try turning it off and back on.

Sansa completely frozen

Try removing the batteries to force it to shut down. Wait about 30 seconds, then put the battery back in. This will force the Sansa to restart, after which it should work.

Sansa e260 Screen is too bright

Cannot do anything else but adjust the brightness - the Sansa player has the opposite of the other player's problems - most players are too dim.
