it heats water but it only dribles out water but when you switch to coffe cupbutton it steams out of that one like the line is plugged or not turning the switch to steamthe milk

Put some CLRin it and halfway through its cycle unplug it and let soak for about an hour then plug it back in and start the cycle over. Run it through a couple of cycle with filtered water to flush it out and you should be set to go.. Good Luck -Ned
You know, the coffee and chino tastes alot better with filtered water. Tap water seems to leave a lime deposit that restricts the passages in these machines, especially with a steamer or super heat in the cycle..

Water does not flow through Brew Central even after it has been cleaned. Our 12 cup Brew Central unit works fine for months at a time and then the self clean indicator lights up. When we clean it, the water just seems to disappear, it does not drip into the coffee pot and it is not in the water resevour.

I have an elderly Estro 410 that used to work perfectly, I stored it for the last year or so, finally hauled it back out and now it is unable to pump water for coffee.Still heats up and steam wand works great it just cant seemed to get primed . Since its so old do I just buy a new one or is it possible to repair?
