Re: paper keeps jaming

Don't know if it's the same problem i had but its maybe worth a try. My paper went in a little, the wheels were turning but it didn't take the rest of the paper or print.kept saying paper jam.
someone replied to my problem, i tried it and it fixed 1st time. seems to of worked for others to, not always 1st time but it seems to reset the sensors or something
Solution:- Use a piece of thin card, a magazine cover is what i used, make sure its A4 size then try to print something, as the paper starts moving push it through! and hey presto it worked for me, everything printing fine now
let me know how you get on, Garty

Keeps saying paper jamed when I try to print

On the Epson website it is confirmed that the Epson WorkForce 610 will not recognize transparency media. It is just the way the printer works; if it can see through the media, it doesn't think it's there. can tape a sheet of white paper to the non-printable side of the transparency, and it prints just fine. I put two strips of scotch tape on either side, top and bottom. Works great. It's kind of a hassle, but better than not being able to print transparencies at all!

I always have paper jamed after i pull the paper

Hello there You can try this it good little trick.

This may work for you, it has worked for many here I given this advice so gave it a try it could work for you.
Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.

First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.

If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.

And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

The paper jamed now I get a 41.3 error message and can't solve

The error 41.3 is unexpected paper length and was caused by the printer pulling more than one sheet. Now the problem is clearing the paper jam in the paper tray. The only way I have found to get it clear is to put the printer on its back with the paper tray facing straight up. Now push the tray in just a little bit if you can and try to shake it to get the paper to shift to the other end. After a minute or two put the printer back down and try to open the tray. If you can then just put the paper back where it goes in the tray. Be sure the pickup roller is clean, no paper dust and such. then try printing again. If you still can't get the tray out then you will have to dis-assembly the printer to get it clearer. Let me know if this gets you going.

first, if thare any paper is jamed in the paper tray, pull the paper stright out. take out the remaining paper. close the paper tray.
opne the front cover pull out the toner cartirdge, remove the jamed paper.
open the inner door (where the paper exit). make sure there is not paper jamed it.
close the front door. if any paper jamed inside of the machine, it should automatically eject it out.

My MFC 5890 cn Brothers printer paper keeps getting jamed and won

Hi there,

What kind of paper are you using?

Normal paper or Photo Glossy paper?

If you use Photo Glossy Paper, you have to put at least two sheets of paper. If you read the photo glossy paper instructions that came in the package you will see it.
The package brings one sheet more than mentioned because of this specification.
