IF YOU REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP RELAY.REPLACE FUEL PUMP FUSE AND CHECK FUEL INJECTORS FUSE..CHANGE FUEL FILTER.IF CAR STILL DONT CRANK.CHECK FUEL PRESSURE.SHOULD BE EITHER 41 -47 PSI OR 58 -64 WITH IGNITION KEY ON AND ENGINE OFF.IF FUEL PUMP PRESSURE TEST FAIL.REPLACE FUEL PUMP.MAKE SURE THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR IS RECEIVING VACUUM FROM VACUUM HOSE.

Check the fuel pressure at the shredder valve. You should have 60psi to 65psi with the fuel pump primed and engine not running. Once the engine has been started, there should be a 5psi drop. Make sure the fuel filter has been replaced and that the fuel pump is making at least 60psi. Anything less or more then 65psi will not activate the fuel injectors, the other thing to is that the spider injection system on the vortec are know to go bad and you may have to replace the system. Check your idle air control valve ... if you press slightly on the gas pedal will it start without starting fluid? If pressing slightly on the gas pedal and the truck starts then your idle air control valve is sticking closed clean it or replace it but i would replace
