My liftmaster 373lm door is not open any more n i have no access to the garage! i have the remote but i can c the lights flashes for seconds n then nothing happened. i have my car remote connected already but same response!

Confusing. Door is down and you can't get inside. Push remote and light bulb flashes 10 times. That says safety beams not working, but that only effect door closing. Should open. the flashing may indicat that there is something blocking the sensor. How many flashes is important. can you get inside the garage to verify the safety sensors are in alignment?
