Printer want print (by 4 users)

Lexmark X5150 all in one want print, it keep displaying 50c error.

I have just come back from a week away. When I went the Lexmark X5150 was working ok, now it won't print anything, even photocopy. I have tried taking out and cleaning both cartridges, unplugging and reconnecting, nothing works. I don't get any error messages, just nothing on the page.

i have downloaded with the installation disc. but it still won't print. Says it on line and ready but don't print Can you help me

Just installed new blk ink. Now each time I try to print it won't. It displays error 50c. What steps do I take to fix the problem?
