Washer and Dryer parts delivered overnight...
Hello! Could I ask for the model of your machine, please? The reason I ask is to help narrow down a potential cause. When a washer will agitate, drain, but not spin, there are a few things that could cause it. You have already addressed one of them by replacing the motor coupler. I am intrigued by the "clicking" sound that you describe. It could be a defective lid switch, that is the first thing that I'd check. It could also have to do with the motor or transmission, which is why I need the model number. Different manufacturers produced washers for Sears/Kenmore and the model number will help greatly. Thanks.
