Hello there:
unfortunatly you are looking at needing to replace the power supply unless the internal fuse has blown and needs to be replaced ok

If power supply's fan has stopped working means the lower voltages might be affected, mostly the 12 V part. This will lead to damage of all HDD CD/DVD R/RW ROM too. Simply change the SMPS.................sodeep
