Question about Refrigerators
Our frig has been working just fine. It has always gotten cold. We left for vacation so we turned off the electric. Emptied the frig, and it was off. When we returned, we turned the frig back on, and now it just won't get cold. It's blowing, but the air is blowing cold. I have unplugged it, and tried to start it over, but it simply won't get cold. Can you give me any tips for what I should try to do? Two days ago, water and some ice in bottom of frig. I cleaned up the water, and none has accumulated again. Starting yesterday, frig not cold at all (freezer still OK). Thought maybe drain plugged, so turned off frig using buttons (tho' something's still running!) to melt any accumulated ice. It's less than two years old!
Check to see if air is blowing into refrigerator compartment. If no air is blowing. It may be that the settings on your dials are not right. If they are and air is not blowing, your evaporator fan is not working,or may be obstructed.
