Question about Televison & Video
Hi--we recently acquired a Toshiba Theaterview at an estate sale. Model #TP55C80, Chassis 9393 Nove. 93. It worked great for about a month until recently. The line, when in "test" don't line up thereby the picture quality is awful. The yellow line has a bend at the top and bottom when you have it in "test" mode--we've tried lining them up and they won't. Someone told us the convergence may be bad on it--otherwise the picture is great as is the color. I found a Toshiba site where we can purchase parts is this something we can do ourselves as we've heard it can cost upwards of $500 to get this fixed and not sure if it is worth it. THANKS
