How can i instal the Toshiba equium L20-198 wire less driver plz

hi, i Instaled the new XP Home Eddition SP2, after istaling XP I am stock on the Wire less Driver. this is my 3rd day still cant find the driver.
Could any 1 plz help me........... :(
