Re: frozen phone

Hello Gary,

Remove the back cover, remove the battery and remove the Sim Card and Memory if you have it, now put the Sim card back in put the battery back in and try and power up, if it powers up add the memory back in. if it dose not power up try to plug in the charger and power it on if this dose not work go to you local Service Provider and have them check the battery. if the battery checks out ok then you will need to replace the Phone.

Hope this helps,

The mobile is locked with a particular network. You need to remove that restriction. You have tried the default unlock codes meant for the keypad lock.To get the unique unlock code(subsidy code) for your Motorola Razr V3XX from wherein you need to specify the country and network to which the mobile is locked to.You will receive the unlock code along with free unlock instructions.

Text messaging issue

Problem is a known issue with V3xx. If Inbox/outbox combined are above 300 messages, text messages are sent as picture messages. Use the auto-cleanup if you'd like, or manually delete texts, but I've had this issue with my V3xx since I first got it, and was told this same answer by AT&T tech support.

Razr v3xx celluar

Usually that only happens if the phone was just turned on, so the camera takes time to warm up. Try restarting your phone and try again. Hope this helps =)

Motorola V3xx I-mode

Under the settings for usb connection type change the setting to memory card connection. This is subject to having a memory card (Micro sd) installed. Otherwise you may have to install motorola phone software into your computer and use this to update files on your phone.
