Please Can anyone email me (or post)a driver/startup instructions IN ENGLISH for a Yakumo DELTA 300 GPS PDA. I only have the German edition.

I have the english manual for Yakumo 300 Delta GPS. However, if you have the german version of the PDA you cannot change the language - you need to get an English version of Windows and install it.

I have the subject mentioned PDA with Window Mobile Software in German Language. How may I covert and update the software into English Language.
Moreover; the PDA (Yakumo Delta 300) does not charge, I have to attach the power source continuously in order to operate the device.
