Question about Canon PowerShot A75 Digital Camera

Camera will not turn on

I've tried changing batteries. every once in while it will turn on for a few minutes then turn off again.

The auto turn off settings in your camera must have got reset to some other low value. check it and change it. i will pray that ur problem may solve soon.

I suggest you to once try switching over to 2500 mAh Nickel Metal Hydride rechargeable batteries. you will see a difference.Digital cameras with zoom lens need more power than what can be supplied by ordinary batteries.

Sounds like electrolytic capacitor dried up needs curing, which is power on capacitor and left it absorb some moisture in humidity on power. Some time a few minutes, hard cases may take a few days.

Camera turns off

Try to use lithium batteries.

Do the power reset, by removing the battery for a minute and reattaching them again.

My camera stopped working

Try using rechargable batterys in it. They work good in mine.if you dont have an SD card in it, it will only take a couple of minutes of video.

DSC-T7 Power Problems

The only and the only solution is to get the replacement as this seems to be a defect in the camera and you should get it change immediately.
