Question about Haier HLP21E Top Load Washer
I have a Haier top load compact washer, I set it for a wash and when I came back from the grocery store it was off with half level water, I thought it tripped the circuit so I turned it off, and reset the water level, after it finished the wash cycle I noticed that it was making a wierd noise and not draining out any water is there a way to fix this myself could it be a clog?
I have the same problem....
I've pulled the pump area apart more times than I care to mention...usually I find a quarter or a nickel....I pull it out and that helps...but still the same prob.
i noticed alot of "buildup on the pump propellor shaft...lint, etc...cleaned that to no avail...
replaced the pump....sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt....
I pulled the panel apart (front contro panel) and see that the pump is geting 120V to it...so it isnt a switch or relay..
i'm thinkning it may be the water level sensor having a ton of build up on it...maybe flagging the computer to stop pumping...
any other peole with possible solutions....?
