First i would check for a broken linkage (because of the noise you hear) if the motor is running then it may just be a linkage came loose or broke, check this by removing the wiper arms and removing the panel that covers the links, if the motor is not running, check for voltage at the motor, 12 volts present means replace the motor, 0 volts present means check fuses, relays, switches, and wiring.

It sounds like the wiper linkage has come loose. Need to remove cowling just below windshield to inspect.

Wipers stopped working, not a fuse

Your wiper motor or wiper transmission may be bad. If you can hear the wiper motor running, but the wipers don't move, your wiper transmission is bad. If you can't hear the wiioper motor, and you're sure all fuses are good and all contacts are solid, your wiper motor is toast.

Windshield wipers do not work on my 2004 crown victoria

It sounds like the wiper switch was going bad and now it has totally failed.

OR, it could be the wiper motor itself is bad.

If you can get to the wires that connect to the wiper motor, see if any power is coming to them when you move the wiper switch to each speed. If not, bad switch. Replace it.

Runs rough

Please tell me more. What is the size of your engine and did you ever remove front plastic cowl to reach your windsield wiper motor or to do some repair on the back of the engine?

Windshield wipers went out on my 2000 nissan maxima

Im not sure the extent of the problem but if both went out, check your fuses, they may be under the hood or in the fuse panel within the car. Also you might want to check if the nuts that hold the wiper arms on arnt loose, if they are the rod that holds the wiper arm will move but with out the nut holding tight the arms themselves wont move.

Can not find the fuse on the front wipers, works with wash only not when turn the switch like if it were raining

The fuse is fine if the wiper work at any time. Your issue sounds more like the wiper switch went bad.

My wipers just stop working and i got stuck in the pouring rain i hear the motor making noise but the blades are not moving what is why

There is a plastic 'thingie' that connects the motor to the arms that move the wiper blades. Your 'thingie' broke. Get a replacement at the Auto Parts store for about $6.00

Windsield wipers not workin properly--wipers vont come to stop position on the lower part of the windshield or they wont stop rigt away.

Try spraying the wiper-motor electrical plugs/switch with 'electrical contact cleaner'. This is available in autoparts stores in spray cans.
Next you could replace the wiper motor entirely.
