Want to formate phone memory

1. Open the telephone dialler by pressing the software button on the bottom left of the front screen
2. Type *#7370#
3. You'll be asked if you want to restore all of the original settings and warned that the phone will restart. Choose yes.
4. Now you'll be asked to enter the lock code. Enter 00000000 as the code. That's eight zeros.
5. Click the OK button and the phone will reset. This takes some time so be patient.
6. Be aware that the phone memory, the hard drive and any inserted memory cards will all be wiped clean so back up anything you need to keep either to a PC or to a memory card (don't forget to remove the memory card before the reset).

U have to format your phone but before formatting backup all your contacts and data in phone memory because formatting erases all data in your phone memory

To format dial *#7370#
A message will pop up restore phone settings select yes then enter the lock code your phone will be formatted.

To clean a virus using your computer, connect the card reader to the computer. Insert your memory card into the card reader and format it.

Remove the memory card from card reader and slot the virus-free memory card into the phone to complete the process.

u got the virus from some application u must have installed or u might have got videos or clips stored on ur phone. try to format ur phone by pressing *#7370# .It will say "restore all original device settings? device will restart". press ok. then enter 12345 as default code.phone will restart setting phone original settings.

go to settings of your phone then press restore all settings it will be ask for code enter the code, the default code of nokia 2700 is 12345, it will be restore and wipe your phone memory,before formatting make sure you backups all your importing data

First remove the memory card...located at the left side of your phone. After removing your memory card, Go to your phone's menu, then select the settings then find the Restore Factory Settings, then there are two option restore settings only and restore all, select the restore all then your phone will ask for a code, the default code is 1234, if you have your own code then enter your code, after that select OK then your phone will restore to its original settings. but be sure to back up you contacts.
